Scope:

Client Responsibilities:

Client Content:

Payment

Late Payment:

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement for Services if the other party fails to perform its obligations or breaches these Terms. Termination shall not relieve the client of its obligation to pay for any services rendered or expenses incurred before termination.
